How to manage your "Junk E-Mail" folder
1. Login to your mail account using the Web Interface

2. Click on the "Email" Tab (upper menu)

3. Click on the "Junk E-Mail" folder

*** Note ***

The "Junk E-Mail" folder is created automatically when messages are filtered. It is possible that the file is not present if your mailbox has been created recently.


Messaging clients (ie: Outlook) using the POP3 protocol will only download the new content in the "Inbox" folder. If you have legit messages in the "Junk E-Mail" folder, you will have to "Mark" them :

4. Browse the messages in the "Junk E-Mail" folder for possible legit senders.

5. If you locate an authentic message, check it and then click on "Mark" (red flag in the upper toolbar) and then click on "Not Spam"

6. The message will be moved to your "Inbox"

You can check and mark multiple messages
